As a degree-qualified Mental Health Counsellor with lived experience of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) and recovery, my journey has given me a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of compassionate support. I am passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered. By sharing lived experience and using a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach, I support individuals to build hope, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their own strengths and possibilities for healing.
